My first time to Bali and I was solo. Not a clue. But thank goodness I found Mossca Mooi! Modern but traditional. Food was excellent, chef quality. Just off the main street within walking distance from everything and I mean everything. The best restaurants, shops, the famous Art Market and the Monkey Sanctuary. The rooms are spacious, clean, and romantic (if you need it to be).
Just imagine yourself being all hot, sweaty and tired after some rough days (things getting stolen, etc.), but as soon as you arrive at Mossca Mooi, you can just relax and there are people looking after you as if you are their family. That is what happened to us. A nice cool drink on arrival, which was a first moment to relieve some of the stress. The rooms are spotless, a nice pool, well maintained garden and a proper breakfast.
From the pick up at airport by Mega, welcome drink, to leaving 7 days later Mossca Mooi and their staff were fabulous. Rooms are large, light and airy with good lighting for those that want to read at night. Is close to everything, but removed enough from main street to not be noisy. Good restaurants on Bisma if you don't want to go far - lots of variety.
